Meanwhile Space CIC worked in partnership with the London Borough of Sutton to deliver You Are Here, a regeneration project focusing on the areas of Worcester Park and North Cheam. The project was funded by the Outer London Fund to provide space for community engagement, new business ideas and creative activities. We opened our first You Are Here shop at 44 Central Road in September 2012 and from the moment of opening it was packed to the rafters with activities for all ages and abilities including: Humming bee Yoga, Cooking your Spanish (language and cookery class), Christmas Design Boutique, Make a Mark Worcester Park (messy play and childrens art club), Music Fun (classes for babies and parents), The Big Draw, Day of the Dead art workshop, Creative writing (with Molly Naylor), In Possesion of an Unloaded Gun (art exhibition with Sam Baker and Theo Welch-King) 2nd Hand Dance Company 'flying families' workshop.
