We're excited to start recruiting for an Anchor Tenant unit at the upcoming Greenhill Way Meanwhile Use Project in Harrow, on track to launch Spring 2025. 

If you are a local businesses or organisation ready to activate this space with unique, forward-thinking leisure uses, we want to hear from you. This is a great opportunity to create impact in Harrow, and we’re open to a variety of uses that add vibrancy to the site. 

​

In addition to the Anchor Tenant unit, there will be studios, workshops, green houses and micro-galleries/sculpture plinths.

Brent
 

M&G are pleased to offer two meanwhile use commercial units located near Wembley Central Station.  These units would suit local small businesses, creatives, makers, and community organisations.  The units are available on a peppercorn rent (rent free period) for 12-months on a meanwhile lease, which is the duration of the project. After that, businesses will have the opportunity to remain in the units paying the Open Market Rent via a new commercial lease.

Westminster
Ebury Edge

Ebury Edge is a creative hub, a short walk from Victoria station. Meanwhile Space, working in partnership with Westminster City Council, provide a mix of private studios, retail units and affordable workspace aligned around a central community courtyard and a public facing unit (the former café) and a community hall in the adjacent building.

​

Ebury Edge is an inclusive, and multi-disciplinary workspace, shopping destination and communal space for local people. A variety of business, from start-ups to social entrepreneurs to creatives now make it their place of work and leisure.

Wood Green
Blue House Yard

Blue House Yard is a redevelopment and re-imagining of an empty and underused car park site a few minutes walk from Wood Green station. High Street Works, in partnership with London Borough of Haringey, have transformed the site into a hub for local creatives, entrepreneurs and residents. The redevelopment, that has been running since 2017 creates both private space for rent and a public space for meeting friends, discovering events and interacting with local designer / makers. ​

Loughborough Junction
LJ Works

Located at the heart of Loughborough Junction, LJ Works is a neighbourhood workspace offering below market rate maker-space, small and large studios, incubator space and meeting room for local people, start-ups and small businesses.

​

With a mix of uses and diverse businesses making the site home for their endeavours over the next years, LJ Works provides the space to test ideas, to grow and develop, to put down roots and provide local job opportunities.
