East London is changing at an amazing pace. However, the Southern end of Leytonstone High Road still remains a bit of a blank canvas. And thus makes for an amazing opportunity. While Jan Kattein Architects have started working on the improvement of greens spaces and high street appearance, work/retail space for local creatives is still short. From January 2018 with funding from Waltham Forest Council, Meanwhile Space are offering a free pop-up shop scheme dedicated to local start-ups for a month per participant.
