Switchboard Studios was a workspace for local creatives and entrepreneurs which repurposed a former call centre on an industrial estate in Waltham Forest. The building was transformed into 25 studios, with café space for hot-desking and informal meetings. The project formed part of the wider regeneration initiatives of Waltham Forest’s new Creative Enterprise Zone
