Meanwhile Space has partnered with Network Rail since 2014 to bring multiple arches, which are due for future redevelopment into meanwhile use. The arches have formed a series of follow-on spaces for the wider Meanwhile Space network of 11,000 people seeking temporary space to develop ideas.
Fourteen arches have already been taken in the first and second phases on an affordable rental (50% market rate) to startup creative enterprises, with some early tenants transitioning to commercial rate tenants of Network Rail.

The arches are rough and ready spaces and would suit anyone looking for a workshop. They are rented on a one year Meanwhile Lease and are approximately 75m2. Monthly rent is approx £450-£600 (including VAT) pcm excluding rates and utilities.
Pod spaces offering a self-contained desk, designated storage and a shared central workspace. Ideal if you're an early stage business working from home and ready to move into a space of your own. Each pod area is £70 (including VAT) pcm including all utilities and bills.
