The Hithe is home to a temporary and demountable workspace hub. Set to be in place for 10 years, Meanwhile Space worked in partnerships with Southwark Council and IF_DO architecture aims to deliver a project that has creativity and community at the heart of it.

With 10 incubator spaces, all with their own front doors, Albion Street provides fairly priced workspace for local start-up businesses looking for space to grow and develop; supporting the creation and retainment of jobs in the area. It is our hope that in addition to the workspaces and incubator units, public activities and skill-sharing partnerships will bring vibrancy to the site and the area as a whole.
