'Blue House Yard' is a redevelopment of an underused carpark and Tulip House at 5 River Park Road and is funded by Haringey Council and managed by High Street Works (Jan Kattein Architects and Meanwhile Space).

The "Blue House" is a mixture of public and private studios for creative start up businesses, while the "Yard" contains artisan worksheds for creative makers to make and sell their products, a double decker bus cafe, event space and micro allotments.
