What is the project and who is it for?

This meanwhile use site comprises a carpark and a building named Tulip House found at 5 River Park Road, London, N22 7TB. These spaces are being redeveloped to create new spaces for local creatives and start up enterprises who want to make, do and sell from the site.

Series of two storey timber worksheds - storage above and visible work / retail space below. A space you can truly make bespoke to your needs!

A new café housed in a double decker bus - Do you have a great idea for a food business and need an opportunity to test it out?

Raised planter “micro-allotments”. Do you want to start a community growing project?

Space for cultural events and pitches for occasional markets. Contact us if you want to run an outdoor event. Or if you simply want to get involved and be kept up to date with goings-on. 

An open access wood and metal workshop. Need access to tools and space? Become a member of this new community resource. 

Studios / office spaces for rent. Are you a local creative / entrepreneur looking for space to develop and grow? 

Timeline

January and Febuary 2017: Studios spaces ready for occupation, applications accepted now. Read the application information for studios spaces here. Complete the application form for studio spaces

March 2017 onwards: Applications for all other spaces open

April 2017: All spaces ready for occupation, soft launch of site

Summer 2017: Launch party

December 2021: Meanwhile use period comes to an end
