How would you like to help residents, groups, associations, and businesses  in the Wembley Triangle area to develop their collective power to act together for the common good?

Through using ‘Root Solution Listening Matters’, a dialogue and action-based programme that supports transformational change in individuals, groups, organisations and institutions.

Locality is currently recruiting two Trainee Community Organisers to train and work in the Wembley area.

As a trainee Community Organiser you’ll get to:
- listen to local people
- build trusting networks between and across diverse communities
- learn how to motivate and organise local people
- support local people to take action

Contract: 51 week fixed term contract
Salary: £8.50 per hour
Hours: 30-35 hours full time per week
Accreditation: Certificate in Foundations of Organising
