With the help of our landlords Workspace Group and the charity New Deal of the Mind, Meanwhile Space CIC have had the use of an amazing space in the heart of Clerkenwell, London. The space launched at the end of May offering space to Meanwhilers to pilot projects such as exhibition, events and workshops. Over the past six months Meanwhile Space CIC has delivered a full programme boasting a variety of projects using the shop from 1 week to 1 month.
Meanwhile Exmouth Market has hosted Popse!, the first pop up think tank, and The Pallet Project, who have gone on to open a shop on Hoxton Street. The shop has been transformed almost on a weekly basis from a photography exhibition to a vintage clothing shop to a cake shop. 18th November – 10th December: Designers/Makers, Christmas Market
Designers / Makers cultivate new talent and new ideas, helping freelance practitioners to flourish. They create opportunities for exchange and interaction that benefit a wide constituency of design and craft professionals and strengthen the contribution of design and craft to society.
Designers / Makers will open pop up Christmas Market that will showcase all of their Members work.
